Did you know that you can use the NHS App to manage appointments, prescriptions, and test results? And more! You can choose where to send your prescriptions. This means that you can change your nominated pharmacy within the app if you are away from home or moving. Also, you can order your prescription at your convenience. You won’t have to wait in a telephone queue or for the GP surgery to open.

Our team of clinicians and admin staff are on hand to respond to you between 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.

Please do not use this service for any urgent medical queries or emergencies as this service is only monitored between 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday. If you have an urgent medical query you should telephone the surgery or contact NHS 111. In an emergency please always contact 999.


Local and NHS services

The surgery works in partnership with local and NHS service providers and groups.

111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

In case of a life-threatening emergency, please dial 999.
