The surgery holds a supply of hearing aid batteries – please bring with you your brown book so that we can record the date and number of batteries given.

Health screening is available by appointment with a member of the Nursing Team in our screening clinics. The Practice nursing team will check your blood pressure, cholesterol and urine and give diet, exercise and smoking advice.

Don’t worry; tell us by taking a Repeat Prescription Request Form from the front desk, fill in your contact details and add a green sticker (found by the Prescription letterbox) and post it in the Prescription letterbox.
